• Includes 4 weekly 45-minute phone sessions.
• You will have several day/time options to choose from.
• If none of the days/times work for your schedule, we will work with you to create a time that does.
• You will receive course materials electronically to be used during each session.
• Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.
• All sessions must be completed within 6 weeks.
